Demands on management are constantly growing. Business has become more and more complex: now a global matter, the flow of information has turned into a veritable torrent. 5. Project organisation and approach to transformation management tasks

  1. We receive relevant documents and information beforehand.
  2. We research internally on the market environment and the direction of strategy based on the relevant market.
  3. In a common meeting, we discuss the strategic direction of the company and the problematic areas (growth brakes) with the Board of Directors / Managers (Supervisory Board / owners).
  4. Discussions with employees, the works council and important customers are subsequently carried out.
  5. At the same time, relevant benchmarks are established.
  6. The transformation management process is commonly defined and the measures are defined and implemented after this phase. We coach and support the concerned project team during this phase.
  7. During implementation, we activate our network and can also provide interims managers. This ensures smooth and effective implementation. Moreover, we take responsibility for prompt provision of information to the companies and thus, enable them on a mid-term basis to analyse the measures by themselves and implement them.
  8. We provide support for the entire process, up to and beyond the end of the project through KPI systems and monthly consultations, we ensure that the measures are also completely implemented and sustainability is achieved.
