5. Project organisation and approach to transformation management tasks
- We receive relevant documents and information beforehand.

- In a common meeting, we discuss the strategic direction of the company and the problematic areas (growth brakes) with the Board of Directors / Managers (Supervisory Board / owners).

6. Commitment
- Our prices are fixed. Before beginning work, we indicate the required schedule and input. Only then is a contract signed.
- IN RESTRUCT does not charge for additional expenses (travel costs, etc.).
- Scientific work and benchmark studies are charged according to expenditure.
- All other services (interims management, MBA, strategy workshops, etc.) are offered and calculated based on fixed prices.
